Children’s Ministry

At Redemption Church, we are passionate about seeing the next generation come to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ all the days of their lives. While families are welcome to keep their kids in the service with them, we also provide classes for kids up through third grade.

We also take child safety very seriously. If you have questions about our training and safety guidelines for our children’s ministry, please email kids@redemptionjohnstown.com

  • Currently, we offer childcare for kids from birth through 3rd grade duing the Sunday morning service.

  • Nursery | Birth - 23 months

    Toddler | 2-5 year olds

    K-3 | Kindergarten - 3rd grade

  • Nursery | Play

    Toddlers | HyFi (Bible lesson, songs, memory verse, activities)

    K - 3rd Grade | The Biggest Story Bible Storybook Curriculum (Bible lesson, deeper discussion, activities)

  • Each classroom is staffed with at least two volunteers to ensure that one adult is never alone with children. In addition, each volunteer must pass a certified background check, as well as complete the interview and onboarding process.
